3. Risk Assessment in the 21st Century workshop (Training of trainers) – Dr. Becki Clark EPA, USA
4. A practical method for immobilization and de-immobilization of freshwater algae, with special
    emphasis on applied significance of immobilized algae for toxicity screening and ecotoxicological
    studies - by Prof Mohammed Abdel Hamid, Egypt.

COURSE I: General Toxicology

1. Morning Session

• Toxic agents (Prof Bashi, Sudan)
• Routes of exposures and toxicity rating (Dr. Asongalem, Cameroon)
• Toxicokinetics (Prof. Bashir, Sudan)
• Dose-Effect relationships (Asongalem, Cameroon)

2. Afternoon Session
• Hepatotoxicology (Dr Assob NJC, Cameroon)
• Reproductive toxicology (Dr. Asongalem EA, Cameroon)
• Toxicology of Heavy metals (Prof. Orish, Nigeria)
• Toxicology of social ‘poisons’ (Dr. Nde Peter Fon, Cameroon)
• Toxicology of pesticides (Dr. Adama TOE, Burkina Faso)
• Toxinology (Dr Amnar Bashir, Sudan)

COURSE II: Hands-on Application of Computer-based Approaches in Predictive

Applications of Toxicology

•Clinical toxicology (Dr. Mbuagbaw J, Cameroon)
Forensic toxicology (Dr. Enow Orock G, Cameroon)
Veterinary Toxicology (Dr Amnar Bashir, Sudan)
Industrial toxicology (Dr. Asongalem EA, Cameroon)
Environmental toxicology - Monitoring exposure and effects of pesticides in
  surface waters – a hand-on approach (Dr. Silke Bollmohr, South Africa).

COURSE II: A practical method for immobilization and de-immobilization of
freshwater algae, with special emphasis on applied significance of
immobilized algae for toxicity screening and ecotoxicological studies –

COURSE III: Risk Assessment in the 21st Century workshop (Training of trainers) – Dr.

COURSES I, II and III shall be running concurrently.
